Hefeweizen
A favorite amongst Hendersonvilles large German population. Our German Hefeweizen is true to style with wonderful banana and clove characters that are essential in an authentic Hefeweizen and a hazy, unfiltered appearance. This is a superbly refreshing beer. 2021 N.C. Brewers Cup bronze medal winner. 4.8% ABV, IBU’s -12
German Pilsner
Another authentic German style beer that has been approved by the Germans in Hendersonville. This Blue Ribbon winner is a crisp, clean pilsner that has a beautiful golden straw color with a wonderful malty body with just the right amount of bitterness at the end to balance it out. 4.9% ABV, 20 IBUs Blue Ribbon Winner at Brew Horizons Fest
Kölsch
A delightfully refreshing German Kölsch reminiscent of Koln (Cologne) Germany. Light body with a soft mouthfeel and a pale white gold color. Kölsch has a spicy, herbal Noble hop bitterness that is medium to slightly assertive—less than a Pilsner, but not by much. A somewhat fruity flavor is present with a crisp, a dry finish makes up the rest of the flavor profile. 4.8% ABV, 24 IBUs
Schwarzbier
Schwarzbier, or black beer, is a dark lager that originated in the Turingia area of Germany. As it should, ours has an opaque, black color with light roast flavors just like what would get in Germany. 2021 N.C. Brewers Cup Gold Medal Winner and 3rd place “Best of Show”. 5% ABV, 25 IBU’s
Guidon IPA
An amazing American IPA that's dry hopped with Mosaic and El Dorado Hops to provide a wonderful bouquet of citrus. Our IPA has a nice malt backbone to complement and smooth out the bitterness. On the low side in IBUs for an IPA but you'll never know it from the taste. 6% ABV, 50 IBUs
Mexican Amber Lager
Brewed with flaked maize (corn), a common ingredient for the style, which gives it its light, refreshing character. Also correct for the style are the presents of Vienna, and Munich malts which provide slightly malty with delicious bready notes. Since this style originated with German immigrants moving to Mexico, the presence of these malts is appropriate. This is truly a beer for every beer drinker. 4.7% ABV, 25 IBU’s
Mt Fog Hazy IPA
A wonderfully refreshing, juicy IPA with a strong mango aroma. Flavors of tropical fruit, pineapple, and mango are present. Low on the bitterness level to provide a more easily drinkable beer. Hops used are Amarillo, Azacca, and Mosaic. 5.5% ABV, 38 IBU’s
"Paddy Mayne" Irish Stout
Named after Lt. Col. Robert Blair “Paddy" Mayne, one of the founding members, and only Irish founding member of the British SAS in WWII. It’s a light bodied stout with strong malt character and delicious chocolate and roasted malt flavors and aromas. Served with nitrogen for a wonderfully creamy feel. 4.7% ABV, 33 IBUs.
Seasonal and Rotational Offerings
Baltic Porter
Baltic-style Porter is a smooth, cold-fermented and cold-lagered beer brewed with lager yeast. Baltic Porters have a higher alcohol percentage than regular London Porters, and may include very low to low complex alcohol flavors and/or lager fruitiness such as berries, grapes and plums. This style has the malt flavors of a brown porter and the roast of a Schwarzbier, but is bigger in alcohol and body. 7% ABV, 27 IBU’s
Berliner Weisse
Berliner Weisse, referred to as “The Champagne of Beers” by Napoleon's troops, is low in alcohol, refreshingly tart, and traditionally served in Germany with a flavored syrup like woodruff or raspberry the glass to add a little sweetness. To save you the trouble, we offer it with raspberry syrup already added. Very pale in color and clear, but somewhat cloudy if fruit syrup is added. Hops character is not noticeable so the beer has almost no bitterness. These beers are incredible on a hot summer's day but are great year round. Carbonation is very high, adding to the refreshment factor this style delivers. 4.5% ABV, 5 IBUs
"Wee Fella" Scotch Ale
Scotch ales are known for their super malty, rich caramel flavors and boozy ABV. Think of a Scotch ale like the bottom log on a fire, simmering and smoldering. Ours has a nice rich malty character without being sweet. Smooth and balanced with a wonderfully warm caramel color. Perfect for a cold winter's day. 7.1% ABV
Tugboat
An English mild is a type of low alcohol dark beer, typically characterized by a smooth flavor, clean finish. Ours has a wonder “breaddy” flavor derived from the use of Maris Otter English malt. The flavor could be described as slightly sweet and nutty with milt malt bitterness. 4.5% ABV
Ciao Bella
A delightfully refreshing Italian pilsner dry hopped with Sapphire hops.

Trinity Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon
Trinity Oaks Cabernet Sauvignon is vinified from 100% California Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. By sourcing 50% from Lodi and 50% from Monterey County, we are able to create a delicious full bodied wine that shares the rich intensity fruit of which these regions provide. A fruit forward wine with delicious aromas and flavors of blackberry and black cherry with notes of green olive, cedar, dried herbs and vanilla. Pairs well with braised and roasted meat dishes.
White
The Seeker Riesling
These Riesling grapes were discovered by a husband and wife team in the famed Mosel Valley in Germany. Steep vineyard sites in Trittenheim and Piesport feature fine, mineral-rich slate soil and optimal exposure to sun and wind, giving the wine its distinctive, classic and world-renowned flavors. The vineyards are 100% hand-harvested to ensure top-quality grape selection. Traditional wine-making methods are observed, with individual wine-pressing techniques passed down through generations. Vinification takes place in stainless steel and oak casks over 4-6 weeks, followed by aging in tank and oak casks for 3-8 months. TASTING NOTE Off-dry with crisp acidity and vibrant fruit, featuring citrus, stone fruits and pineapple with a mineral-infused finish.
Cycles Gladiator Chardonay
Aromas of green apple and tropical fruits underscored with notes of toast and brioche. The flavors are ripe and round, with pineapple and mango being the predominant fruits. This is a particularly buttery Chardonnay that isn’t overtly cloying. Pretty notes of citrus supported by a solid core of acidity gives this wine a seamless structure.
